In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (a) of Rule 15 of Part III of the Ninth Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, the Federal Government is pleased to specify the due date as thirtieth day of April, 2016 for filing of Income Tax returns for the tax year 2015 under rule 3 read with rule 17 of Part III of the Ninth Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
