(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 253(I)/2016.- In exercise of powers conferred by clause (12) of section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005 read with sub-section (1) of section 29, clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 29 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification S.R.O. 117(I)/2015, dated the 9th February, 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),-
(i) against serial number 4, in column (5), in entry I, after the word "Karachi", occurring for the first time the expression ", Large Taxpayers Unit-II, Karachi" shall be inserted; and
(ii) against S. No. 16, in column (5), in entry I, after the word "Karachi", the expression ", Large Taxpayers Unit-II, Karachi" shall be inserted.
