(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 838(I)/2021. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid notification, in the Table,-
(i) against S No. 5, in column (1) and entries thereto in column (2), (3),(4),(5) and (6) shall be omitted; and
(ii) against S No. 7, in column (1) and entry relating thereto in column (5), for the figure "5", the figure "0" shall be substituted.
- This notification shall take effect from the 1st day of July, 2021.
