(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O. 731 (I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 642(I)/2016, dated the 27th July, 2016, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, for the words "equipment and construction machinery", wherever occurring, the expression "plant, machinery and equipment including dumpers and special purpose motor vehicles" shall be substituted.
