NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 614(I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act,1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.568(I)/2014, dated the 26th June,2014, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 2, for the clause (c), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(c) imports under Fifth Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), excluding serial numbers 1, 9 to 14 and 16 to 23 of Table-B, Part VII of the said Schedule subject to fulfilment of conditions laid therein;"
