NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O.681(I)/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1274(I)/2006, dated the 29th December, 2006, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification,-

(i) in the Table I, in column (1),-

(i) against serial number 1717, in column (3), the words "and concentrate" shall be omitted;

(ii) against serial number 1886, in column (3), the word "Antisealing" the word "Anti-scaling" shall be substituted; and

(iii) for serial number 3228 and the corresponding entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"3228 7209.1891 Tin mill black plate of thickness 0.30 mm or less
3228A 7209.1899 Other",

(ii) in the Table-II, serial number 312, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted.

  1. This notification shall take effect from 1st July, 2019.
