NOTIFICATION
(Customs)

S.R.O.634 (I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1296(I)/2005, dated the 31st December, 2005, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table II, in column (1),-

(i) for S. No. 288 , and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"288 a 40112011 Radial 0
288 b 40112019 Other 0";

(ii) for S. No. 289 , and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"289 a 40112091 Radial 0
289 b 40112099 Other 0";

(iii) for S. No. 296 , and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"296 a 40119010 vehicles and machines and having a rim size exceeding 61 cm Other 0
296 b 40119090 vehicles and machines and having a rim size exceeding 61 cm Other 0";

(iv) for S. No. 555, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"555 a 84148051 In CKD/SKD condition 5
555 b 84148059 Other 5";

(v) for S. No. 560, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"560 a 84158110 In CKD/SKD condition 5

(vi) for S. No. 561, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(vii) for S. No. 562, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(viii) for S. No. 568, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(ix) for S. No. 569, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(x) for S. No. 570, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-
