NOTIFICATION
(Customs)

S.R.O. 633 (I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1274(I)/2006, dated the 29th December, 2006, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table I, in column (1),-

(i) for S. No. 3343 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"3343 a 72279010 Of circular cross section measuring less than 7 mm in diameter 5
3343 b 72279090 Other 5";

(ii) for S. No. 3749 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"3749 a 84182910 In CKD/SKD condition 5
3749 b 84182990 Other 5";

(iii) for S. No. 3750 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"3750 a 84184010 In CKD/SKD condition 5
3750 b 84184090 Other 5";

(iv) for S. No. 3956 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"3956 a 84501110 In CKD/SKD condition 5
3956 b 84501190 Other 5";

(v) for S. No. 4224 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"4224 a 85022010 Of an output not exceeding 5 KVA 5

(vi) for S. No. 4253 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(vii) for S. No. 4254 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"4254 a 85081910 In CKD/SKD condition 5

(viii) for S. No. 4255 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"4255 a 85086011 In CKD/SKD condition 5

(ix) for S. No. 4256 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"4256 a 85086091 In CKD/SKD condition 5
4256 b 85086099 Other 5"; and

(x) for S. No. 4367 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"4367 a 85364110 For motor cars and vehicles 5
4367 b 85364190 Other 5".
