(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 551 (I)/2020. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 209(I)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Schedule XXI, in column (1), for the entries of raw materials at S. Nos. 1 to 3 and its corresponding entries relating to goods produced or manufactured specified under serial 1 in column (2) and PCT Codes, period and extent of repayment of customs duties specified in columns (3), (4) and (5) respectively, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
| "1. Acid Dyes 2. Acetic Acid 3. Potassium Dichromate. | 1. Hand knotted woolen new carpet, rugs and runners. | 5701.1010 5701.1020 5701.1090 | From 15.06.2020 onwards. | 1.92% of the f.o.b. value.". |
