S.R.O. 1405(I)/2019. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 212(I)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in schedule XXXV, in column (2), after entry 6 and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new entries and the correspondence entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
"

Multilayered liquid food packaging aseptic paper packs printed in reels (upto 250 ml sizes). | 4811.5990 | From 19.11.2019 onwards. | 7.46% of the f.o.b. value.". |
