Declaration of Bazarcha Border Terminal, Taftan as Customs Station under section 9& 10 of the Customs Act 1969

NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O. 427 (I)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (c) of section 9 and clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare Bazarcha Border Terminal, Taftan, measuring 30 acres land, to be a customs-port for the purpose of loading, unloading and clearance of goods or any class of goods imported or to be exported, which customs-station is surrounded to the-

(a) north, by Christian Colony, FC Qilla and Railway Line
(Latitude-28°58'12.75348"N)
(Longitude-61°33'21.09492"E);

(b) south, by Zero Point Gate
((Latitude-28°58'3.08028"N)
(Longitude-61°33'28.5624"E);

(c) east, by Tube Well of Haji Akbar
((Latitude-28°58'5.00736"N)
(Longitude-61°33'45.05796"E); and

(d) west, by Iran Border
(Latitude-28°58'8.472"N)
(Longitude-61°33'18.81648"E).

2. The entry and exit of the vehicles shall be from western side of Bazarcha Border Terminal at designated point (Latitude-28°58'8.472"N, Longitude-61°33'18.81648"E) and this border crossing point shall exclusively be for cargo vehicles.
