NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)

S.R.O. 1019(I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (c) of section 9 and clauses (a) and (b) of section 10 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to declare M/s. NLC Border Terminal, Taftan, measuring 55 acres land, to be a customs-port for the purpose of loading, unloading and clearance of goods or any class of goods imported or to be exported and which customs-port is surrounded to the-

(a) north, by open area till mountain ridges (02 Kms Approx);
(Latitude-28°98'41.87"N)
(Longitude-61°55'10.78"E)

(b) south, by main Pak-Iran road (N 40) and Pakistan Gate;
(Latitude-28°97'78.73"N)
(Longitude-61°33'02.47"E)

(c) east, by Quarantine Centre, Grave Yard and Kucha Huts of private labour (Taftan Town); and
(Latitude-28°97'86.77"N)
(Longitude-61°55'02.47"E)

(d) west, by Pak Iran Border.
(Latitude-28°93'43.0"N)
(Longitude-61°54'77.76"E)
