NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 1471 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, sections 53 and 148 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2011 read with Second Schedule thereof and sub-section (10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O. 682(I)/2006, dated the 29th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1) against S.No.193, in column (3)-
(a) for entries (xlix), (l), (li) and (lii) and corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (3),(4) and (5) the following shall be substituted, namely:-
