(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O 1404 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt so much
customs-duty, leviable in the First Schedule to the said Act, on import of CBU
motorcycles and components thereof for assembly or manufacture of motorcycles in
any kit form, classified under Pakistan Customs Tariff heading 87.11, as are in excess
of 57.5%, for a period of one year.
