(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 1214 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 209(I)/2009, dated the 5th March, 2009, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Schedule VI, after item No.2 in column (2), the following new item and the entries relating thereto in columns (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be added, namely:-
| "1. Pure terephthalic acid (PTA). 2. Mono ethylene glycol (MEG). 3. Di ethylene glycol (DEG). 4. Titanium dioxide. 5. Catalyst antimony triacetate. 6. Enhancer. 7. Spin finish oil. 8. Conning oil. | 3. 100% polyester filament yarn (PFY). | 5402.3300 5402.4700 | From 27.09.2012 onwards. | Re.0.675 per kg.". |
