S.R.O. 1345 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that in the Customs Rules, 2001, the following further amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 7th day of March, 2002, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 220, in clause (e), after the word "Pakistan", the words "except to Afghanistan via land route and through Afghanistan to Central Asian Republics" shall be omitted.
