(SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 749 (I)/2008. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 31 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and section 29 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification SRO No.547(I)/2008, dated the 11th June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S.No.8 and S.No.9, in column (1), in column (3), the word, "and Noshero Feroze" shall be omitted.
