S.R.O. 719 (I)/2009. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the amendments made in the Sales Tax Special Procedure (Withholding) Rules, 2007, through Notification No. S.R.O. 603(I)/2009, dated the 25th June, 2009, shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 1st day of July, 2009, and shall be deemed always to have had effect accordingly.
