(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 590 (I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 (VII of 1990), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt the import of the goods specified in the Table below, for medical purposes, from whole of the sales tax for a period of one hundred and eighty days starting from the 14th May, 2021, namely:-
