(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 588(I)/2017.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (33) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 445(I)/2004, dated the 12th June, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in clause (b),-
(i) after the word "Murabaha", a comma shall be inserted and thereafter the expression "Musawamah, Bai Muajjal, Bai Salam, Istisna, Tijarah and Istijrar" shall be inserted; and
(ii) the words "to or" shall be omitted.
