Islamabad, the 18th April, 2024.
S.R.O. 582 (I)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Sales Tax Rules, 2006, namely: -
In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 5, in sub-rule (2), in clause (f), -
(a) for the expression "with corresponding assets in the bank, amounts attributable to partners with percentage, as the case may be", the expression ", assets and liabilities" shall be substituted; and
(b) in the proviso, the expression "within thirty days from the date the said requirement comes into force" shall be omitted.
