(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 577(I)/2025. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 (VII of 1990), and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1027(I)/2021, dated the 16th August, 2021, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the minimum ex-mill value of white crystalline sugar as specified in column (3) of the Table below with effect from the 1st April of 2025, namely:-
