NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 483(I)/2015.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 383(I)/2015, dated the 30th April, 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-
(i) S. Nos. 1 and 3, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4) shall be omitted; and
(ii) against S. No. 2, in column (4), for the figure "28", the figure "29" shall be substituted.
- This notification shall take effect with effect from the 1st July, 2015.
