NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX AND FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O 309 (I)/2010. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 47A of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (2) of section 38 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 461(I)/2007, dated the 9th June, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,
(a) under the heading "Lahore", the entry at S.No.4 relating to the name of "Irfan Qaiser" shall be omitted; and
(b) under the heading "Rawalpindi", after S.No.14 in column (1) and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following S.No.in column (1) and the entry relating thereto in column (2)shall be added, namely:-
"15. Faraz Fazal Sheikh, Rawalpindi".
