S.R.O. 273(I)/2017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 4 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the sales tax shall be charged at the rate of zero percent on the import of one hundred and fifty tonnes of dates gifted by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Government of Pakistan.
