S.R.O. 229(I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its following Notifications, namely:-
- Notification No. S.R.O. 535(I)/2008, dated 11th June, 2008;
- Notification No. S.R.O. 536(I)/2008, dated 11th June, 2008; and
- Notification No. S.R.O. 706(I)/2010, dated 2nd August, 2010.
