S.R.O. 185 (I)/2009. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 524(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, under the heading "C-Collectorate of Sales Tax & Federal Excise, Lahore" in column (1), after serial number 60 and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial number and the entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
"61. Railway Headquarters Branch, Lahore.".
