NOTIFICATION
(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 1040 (I)/2010. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30 and 30E of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 282(I)/2010, dated the 29th April, 2010, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, -
(a) for the words "Internal Audit", the words and brackets "of Internal Audit (Customs)" shall be substituted ; and
(b) after the word "cases", the words and comma "relating to imports," shall be inserted.
