NOTIFICATION
(INCOME TAX)
S.R.O. 978(I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 237 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in Annex-D of SRO. 850(I)/2011 dated 17.09.2011.
In the aforesaid notification at S.No.9 after the words "expenses" the words "including repair/maintenance of residence, driver/servants, food, clothing, medical, marriages and functions" shall be omitted.
