(Income Tax)
S.R.O. 92 (I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Second Schedule to the said Ordinance, namely:-
In the aforesaid Schedule, in Part III, in clause (9), for the comma occurring for the second time the words "and Sui northern gas pipelines limited" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted on the 30th November, 2010.
