S.R.O. 903 (I)/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 134A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 ,Sub-section (2) of 47A of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (2) of section 38 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, and in supersession of Notification Nos.
