(Income Tax)
S.R.O. 791 (I)/2015. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2A) of section 118 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that all individuals earning taxable salary income shall be liable to file their Income Tax returns electronically from Tax Year 2015 onwards. The condition of five hundred thousand rupees or more, as provided in the said sub-section shall not be applicable until further orders.
