NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 722 (I)/2025. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (12E) of Part IV of the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to exempt withholding tax under section 148 of the said Ordinance, on import of the medicines mentioned in column (4) of the table below not exceeding the quantity mentioned in column (6) thereof required for personal therapeutic use of immediate family members on the basis of no objection certificate issued by the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Government of Pakistan as mentioned in column (8) of the said Table, namely:-
