(Income Tax)
S.R.O.68(I)/2020.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 237 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Income Tax Rules, 2002, the same having been previously published vide Notification No. S.R.O. 07(I)/2020, dated the 1st January, 2020, as required by sub-section (3) of the said section 237, namely:-
In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 231A, in sub-rule (2), in clause (c), for the expression "Senior Joint Secretary, Law, Justice and Human Rights Division", the expression "Nominee of the Law and Justice Division not below the rank of BPS-21" shall be substituted.
