NOTIFICATION
(Income Tax)
S. R. O. 268(I) /2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (75) of Part I of the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), the Federal Government is pleased to approve exemption for the purposes of the said clause to the profit on debt income of an agency of a foreign government, a foreign national company, firm or association of persons or any other non-resident person, on Eurobonds issued under the Government's medium-term note program.
