S.R.O.251(I)/2016.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 230 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 (XLIX of 2001), read with section 208 and sub-section (1) of section 209 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 115(I)/2015 dated 9th February 2015, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1), against S.No. 4 and 17, in column 5, in entry I, after the word and comma "Karachi," occurring for the second time the expression "and Large Taxpayer Unit-II, Karachi;" shall be inserted.
