NOTIFICATION
(Federal Excise)
S.R.O. 853(I)/2016.- In exercise of powers conferred by clause (12) of section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005 read with sub-section (1) of section 29 and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 29 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that following amendments shall be made in its Notification SRO 117(I)/2015 dated 9th February, 2015, namely;-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, in column (1),-
(i) against serial numbers 4, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word "Corporate" shall be inserted;
(ii) against serial numbers 5, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word "Corporate" shall be inserted;
(iii) against serial numbers 14, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word "Corporate" shall be inserted; and
(iv) against serial numbers 18, in column 5, in entry I, after the word "the" occurring for the second time the word, "Corporate"; shall be inserted.
