NOTIFICATION
(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 774 (I)/2011.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (12) of section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, read with section 29 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to appoint the following officers of Directorate General Intelligence and Investigation, Federal Board of Revenue, specified in column (2) of the Table below, to be the officers of Inland Revenue as specified in column (3) of the said Table to exercise such powers and discharge such duties, under the provisions of the said Act as are specified in column (4) of that Table, in relation to the cases initiated before or on the 30th June, 2011, till the finalization of the proceedings already initiated by the Directorate General Intelligence and Investigation, Federal Board of Revenue, namely:-
