NOTIFICATION
(CENTRAL EXCISE)

S.R.O. 370(I)/2010. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 162(I)/2010, dated the 10th March, 2010, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble,-

(i) the words "or services rendered" shall be omitted; and

(ii) the words, comma and figures "to the 30th June, 2010" shall be omitted.
