(FEDERAL EXCISE)
S.R.O. 1128 (I)/2012.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (12) of section 2 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005, read with clause (a) of sub section (2) of section 29 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 777(I)/2011 dated 19th August, 2011, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S.No. 1, 2,3,4 and 5 in column (1), after the figure '46' in column (4), the expression 'read with Chapter XIII of the Federal Excise Rules, 2005, shall be added.
