(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2007. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to entrust to the officers of the Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) and Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) operating within their respective jurisdictions as specified in column (1) of the Table below, the functions of officers of customs under the provisions of the said Act specified in column (2) of the said table to check smuggling of wheat.
