NOTIFICATION

Islamabad, the 30th June, 2022.

S.R.O. 977(I)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely: -

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),

(a) against Serial No. 3, in column (2), under sub-serial No (ii), in column (3),-

(i) against entry No. (7), in column (4), for the figure "2903.3960" the figure "2903.4920" shall be substituted;

(ii) against entry No. (8), in column (4), for the figure "2903.3960" the figure "2903.4920" shall be substituted;

(iii) against entry No. (74), in column (4), for the figure "3402.1110" the figure "3402.3100" shall be substituted;

(iv) against entry No. (75), in column (4), for the figure "3402.1190" the figure "3402.3900" shall be substituted;

(v) against entry No. (76), in column (4), for the figure "3402.1290" the figure "3402.4190" shall be substituted;

(vi) against entry No. (77), in column (4), for the figure "3402.1300" the figure "3402.4200" shall be substituted; and

(vii) against entry No. (78), in column (4), for the figure "3402.1990" the figure "3402.4990" shall be substituted; and

(b) against Serial No. 4, in column (5), for the figure "5" the figure "0" shall be substituted.
