S.R.O. 905(I)/2019. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 670(I)/2019, dated the 28th June, 2019, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3, in serial number "(xvi), after the words "offshore projects only", the expression "made with effect from the 18th August, 2018" shall be inserted.
