(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 905(I)/2012. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 155A of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the provisions of Chapter XVI-A of the said Act shall apply to the following customs-stations specified in column (3) of the Table below, falling under jurisdiction of the Model Customs Collectorate mentioned in column (2) of the said Table, with effect from the date mentioned in column (4) thereof, namely:-
