(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 831(I)/2021. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1090(I)/2010, dated the 1st December, 2010, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(i) in the preamble, for the expression "Frontier Corps [Baluchistan (North/South), Khyber Paktunkhwa (North/South)]", the expression "Frontier Corps [Baluchistan (North/South), Khyber Paktunkhwa (South)]" " shall be substituted; and
(ii) in the second paragraph, for the figure "2021", the figure "2022" shall be substituted.
