NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 80 (I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is please to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its notification No. S.R.O. 572(I)/2020, dated the 30th June, 2020, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 3,-
(a) in clause (xvii), the word "and" at the end shall be omitted;
(b) in clause (xviii), for full-stop at the end the expression "and;" shall be substituted; and
(c) after clause (xviii), amended as aforesaid, the following new clause shall be added, namely:-
"(xix) import till 30.06.2025 of electric vehicles 2-3 wheelers (CBU) falling under PCT codes 8703.8030 (electric auto rickshaw), 8711.6040 (electric motor cycle), and 8711.6060 (3-wheeler electric-loader).".
