NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 79 (I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), after being satisfied that circumstances exists which render it necessary to take immediate action, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt import of cryogenic tanks (for oxygen gas), PCT code 7311.0030, by manufacturers of oxygen, from the customs duty for a period of ninety days, with effect from the date of issuance of this notification.
