NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 704 /2025 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 219 read with section 202B of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is please to direct that the following further amendment, shall be made in its Notification S.R.O 1386(I)/2012, dated 26th November, 2012, namely: -
In the aforesaid Rules, -
a) in the rule 3, after sub-rule (2), the following new sub-rule shall be added, namely: -
"(3) Monetary reward shall be sanctioned to the Cadre Officers of Pakistan Customs Service (BS-17 and above) as per their ranking under the performance management FBR transformation plan approved by the Board."
