(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 644 (I)/2018.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt electric vehicles Completely Buildup Unit meant for transport of persons, falling under PCT Code 8703.8090 of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), on the imports from the customs-duty as is in excess of twenty five percent ad valorem.
