NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 509 (I)/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) read with section 179 thereof, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.886(1)/2012, dated the 18th July, 2012 namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-
(a) against S.No.1, in column (3),-
(i) in entry (ii), at the end the word "and" shall be omitted; and
(ii) in entry (iii), for the full stop at the end, a semicolon and the word "and" shall be substituted and thereafter the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:-
| "(iv) | Model Customs Collectorate of Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.". |
(b) against S.No.3, in column (3), for the existing entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
| "(i) | Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement, Quetta; |
| (ii) | Model Customs Collectorate of Preventive, Quetta; |
| (iii) | Model Customs Collectorate, Hyderabad; |
| (iv) | Model Customs Collectorate, Gwadar; and |
| (v) | Directorate of Transit Trade, Quetta."; |

(c) against S.No.6, in column (3), for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
| "(i) | Model Customs Collectorate, Islamabad; |
| (ii) | Model Customs Collectorate, Gilgit-Baltistan; |
| (iii) | Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement, Peshawar; |
| (iv) | Model Customs Collectorate of Preventive, Peshawar; and |
| (v) | Directorate of Transit Trade, Peshawar.". |
